Have you considered ESG and how each of the three components impact your organization? This course will help CPAs obtain a general understanding of ESG as it provides a high-level overview of each of the three components as well as how ESG compares to Corporate Sustainability (CS) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Next, we will cover ESG reporting, metrics, and scores to provide a deeper understanding of these processes. The course also looks at the current and upcoming reporting standards and the key standard-setting bodies and considers the role of the Management, the Board of Directors, the Audit Committee, and the External Auditors within ESG.
